Busy day or week?
Take a moment to refresh yourself and renew your energy. Step out of the ‘busy’ for a minute. Take a deep breath. Take a walk. Pray. Worship. Do mild shoulder exercises to relieve the tension. Shake out your arms and legs to relieve the tension. Or, just sit and permit yourself to not think of anything for a minute.
Reckonnect (made up), from the words reckon and connect; in order to connect with God, we must first recognize who He is. Heb 11.6, Heb 4.16.
